Les Galusha has been studying various elements of art for almost 30 years, starting at an early age under private instruction by his mother, also an artist. He continued to pursue the avenue of art, photography and motion graphics through high school, college and is currently creating art and logos for various institutions.
At Hendrix College he shared his art talents as a member of the school newspaper as a cartoonist, created logos, and designed T-shirts for many organizations. He earned the first "Biomedical Visualization" degree from Hendrix College, a combined study of biology and art.
He later attended the Institute of Film and Photography in Rockport, Maine. This experience led to his employment at Jones Productions and Electric Ink animation studio as their graphic artist.
As a traditional artist, Les prefers realistic oil painting while adding his own style. Not limiting himself to a single technique or topic has kept his work diverse, something that is important when expanding artistic skills.
